Marinated local pasture-raised heritage breed sausage from the farmers market. I marinated the sausage in kombucha, sliced pineapple and garlic. The sausage already had added salt, sugar and spices.
Breakfast recipe: caramelized onions, fresh market greens, sausage, fermented fresh ground grain batter, soy-free Tropical Traditions egg, melted goat cheese and blue cheese, topped with a squirt of spicy mustard, dash of real sea salt and herbs. Sides - avocado, cherries and pineapple.
