Super Ghee from grass-fed cows, combined with a formula of turmeric, black pepper and ginger.
I listened to the founder of Pure Indian Foods, Sandeep Agarwal, at the 2016 WAPF conference talk about the health benefits of turmeric, including allegedly it's anti-cancer properties.
He believes it should be combined with ginger and black pepper as the three have synergistic properties with each other. And it should be combined with a natural fat to help absorb the nutrients. This formula sounds great to me. So I picked some up from Amazon. The daily dosage is 1 tsp. I put some in my bullet-proof coffee!

Turmeric can have some negative side effects, so do your own research and don't do too much.
